I do not work with NSFW or any form of adult content, fetishes, gore or incitement to violence.

Communication will be primarily via WhatsApp, with work updates always sent via email. If you don't have WhatsApp, we can communicate via DM on the Social Network of your choice.

You must fill out a form according to the desired job.

The prices listed are a guideline and are subject to change.

The accepted currencies are American Dollar (USD) and Real (R$). Payment can be made by PayPal or any Brazilian payment service, by Pix or Bank Transfer.

You can choose between two payment methods:

50% before the beginning of art development and 50% at the end, before delivery;

100% of the amount before.

Payment can only be made after I request that you send it to me.

For additional characters, +50% of the total amount will be charged for any type of work requested.

Character Design and Portrait Backgrounds will be simple, with no value changes.

The estimated time for production and delivery varies between 2 weeks and 1 month. The days required to carry out the work may change due to complexity, health issues or any unforeseen circumstances. If this happens you will be informed as soon as possible.

When you request my work, you will receive a form and necessary information.

You need to send me references using the form, and I'll add more. You can create a mood board or send me the images separately. Pexels and Unsplash are sites that have photographs for free use, for example. You can also find free poses on AdorkaStock, theposearchives, and JookpubStock, for example.

After analyzing the form, your request can be accepted or refused.

Every day, when necessary and at the end of my shift, I will update you on the process and await your feedback for the next working day. These updates will be made via email and will have the images reduced in size. Please keep an eye on your email and DM during the commission period.

My work is divided into these steps:

First, I conduct the necessary research for development and collect references;

Upon completion of the research, Thumbnails will be produced;

The next step is to make three sketches according to the best Thumbs;

Once the character design is approved, I will make improvements if necessary, draw the lines, and add the base colors;

The last step is the painting process. Upon entering this phase changes can be made at your request, but complex changes will not be allowed. I can explore and make a decision to make modifications to shapes during the painting process if they improve the design in any way and you will or will not approve of these changes.

Delivery will also be made by email, containing the image in high resolution (A3 - 3508 x 4960 px at 300 DPI) in PNG and another image also in PNG in smaller size to use in social media.

You are entitled to three complex modifications included in the price.

The request must be made while I am in the respective part of the process and not when I have advanced to another stage. For example, asking to change the pose when adding color. In that case there will be an extra fee.

A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final design.

If there is any misunderstanding let me know immediately. No fee will be charged in this case.

The amount of extra modification depends on the complexity of the modification and hours of work.

Me, Millena Ramos:

I can cancel and refund the order at any time and for any reason;

I reserve the right to record the commission process, do it live as well as publish the art on YouTube and other social networks, in my portfolio, websites, in art book publications, etc;

I can mention your name or @ in the publications upon approval in the form, to attribute to the art who created the designed idea and client.

You, the client:

You can make personal use and publish it on your social networks, websites or any media;

Credit is welcome when posting and for personal use;

You may not commercially use and profit from the art (resell, redistribute, use in your project, book cover, etc);

You can request that I not use the piece in my portfolio and post it on social media etc, such as not using your name or @;

You cannot change the artwork without my consent.

You may receive a full refund if:

Cancel the order before I start it;

If I can't start work.

You will be refunded half of the amount if you pay me 100% upfront and cancel the order after work has started.

If you pay 50% of the amount in advance and cancel after the work has started, there will be no refund of that 50%.
